Introducing Our New Executive Director: Sarah Mure

We are pleased to announce that Sarah Mure has been appointed as the new Executive Director of Hikma Health.

Sarah brings over a decade of experience in global health, digital innovation, and nonprofit leadership. Since joining Hikma Health in 2021, she has led our flagship Year of Migrant Health initiative—now known as the Care Innovation Grant—guiding the deployment of our open-source electronic health record (EHR) system to frontline clinics in 21 countries. Her leadership has played a vital role in expanding our reach and ensuring that health providers in displaced and underserved communities have access to the tools they need to deliver quality, data-driven care.

Hikma Health was founded on the belief that resilient digital infrastructure should be accessible to all health systems, especially those serving populations often left behind. Sarah’s deep commitment to health equity, combined with her expertise in culturally competent global health partnerships, makes her uniquely positioned to lead Hikma Health into its next chapter of growth and sustainability.

As Executive Director, Sarah will focus on expanding access to our tools, strengthening locally led partnerships, and driving innovation at the intersection of healthcare and technology.
